Oregon Bankers Association Board of Directors
The official decision-making body of the OBA is the Board of Directors, which meets four to six times per year to deal with policy issues affecting the Association. Board members representing banks of all sizes in Oregon are elected to three-year terms during the OBA's annual meeting. The OBA Immediate-Past Chairman, Chairman, Chairman-Elect, Vice Chairman, Secretary-Treasurer, and the President of ICBO also serve on an Executive Committee, which may act on behalf of the Board of Directors.
Participation on boards within OBA/ICBO, as well as on various committees of discipline, is seen as an opportunity for dedicated bankers to develop their leadership skills and gain a broader perspective of the banking industry.
