​Associate Members are important partners of the Oregon Bankers Association. We strive to include all companies that are providing valued products and services to our member banks. As members, these companies receive benefits such as access to association events at member rates, publications like Banking Matters magazine, opportunities to present at OBA peer groups, access to OBA discount programs for office supplies and information destruction, and much more. And perhaps most important, companies that join OBA demonstrate their commitment to the Oregon banking community.

How it works:

For every approved Associate Member application OBA receives with you listed as the referral source that is subsequently approved by the OBA Board of Directors, you will receive a $100 electronic Amazon gift card.

How to get started:

1. Identify vendors at your bank, particularly those you personally work with, who would be good candidates for OBA Associate Membership. Good candidates in the simplest terms are companies that provide quality products or services to banks and who would have the resources to invest $1,100 per year in membership.
   
   
2. Compare your vendor list with OBA's current list of Associate Members. Click here to view OBA's current Associate Members (page will open in new tab).

3. The next step is to reach out to each vendor and ask them to consider joining the OBA. Following is a sample message you can use.
