Community Applause Award The Community Applause Award, co-sponsored by the Oregon Bankers Association and Oregon Business magazine since 1996, serve as a way for Oregon banks to acknowledge the efforts of their business customers that play a significant role in community activities.

Oregon Bankers Hall of Fame Induction into the Oregon Bankers Hall of Fame is the highest honor bestowed peer-to-peer on members of the Oregon banking community. It recognizes the outstanding contributions inductees have made to the Oregon banking industry and the communities they serve. Since its creation in 1987, the Oregon Bankers Hall of Fame has inducted over 81 individualsfor their outstanding contributions.

Frank E. Brawner Advocacy Award Established in 2015, the Frank E. Brawner Advocacy Award recognizes one Oregon banker each year for their significant contributions to OBA's advocacy program through their involvement in banking industry grassroots initiatives. The award is named after OBA's former President and CEO Frank Brawner who was a passionate voice for Oregon banking during his 25+ years of service.

Linda W. Navarro Trailblazer Award Established in 2024, the Linda W. Navarro Trailblazer Award recognizes and celebrates women in banking who have not only achieved remarkable success in their careers but have also made lasting contributions to the industry.

OBA Presidential Award The OBA Presidential Award recognizes an OBA committee chair who has gone above and beyond during his or her two‐year term of service. OBA committees play a key role in the Oregon banking industry and are a valuable member forum for peer networking, education and policy review. OBA committees are chaired by volunteer bankers who provide leadership, serve as a resource to the OBA, and are at times called upon to meet with policymakers or testify before the legislature.
